Therefore, employee need high professionalism in term of research to find and analyse the appropriate results.

Helping develop the skills needed to conduct research efficiently, this course covers the process of reviewing relevant literature, teaches the ethical issues and concerns prevalent in research, and highlights the principles to follow when conducting research. Methods of quantitative data collection, as well as the theoretical models and the different stages of qualitative data analysis are also explored.
