The University combines traditional face-to-face tutorials with the active use of digital learning tools through an innovative blended learning approach.

The University has established state-of-the-art campuses in Malawi, Zambia, Uganda, Zimbabwe and is in the process of expanding its university network. In addition to the Unicaf University campuses, students also have at their disposal the modern facilities of the Unicaf learning centres around the world.

Unicaf University is a licensed University in Malawi, Zambia, Uganda and provisionally accredited/licensed in Zimbabwe; it is also approved to recruit students in Kenya. Unicaf University in Malawi is accredited by the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE), and Unicaf University in Zambia is accredited by the Higher Education Authority (HEA).

Unicaf University campuses in Zambia and Malawi are also accredited by the British Accreditation Council (BAC) as an Independent Higher Education Provider. Unicaf University campus in Malawi is a full member of the Association of African Universities.

Unicaf University is a proud member of the United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI), the Southern African Regional Universities Association (SARUA) in Zambia and Malawi, and the Advance HE.  Additionally, the University is a full member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), the world’s oldest international University network established in 1913 in the UK.  The Association provides avenues for collaboration and cooperation among members in developing and sharing good practice for international higher education.
